Does the hotel have an onsite restaurant or bar?
Located inside the Marina Store, the Dockside Grill serves breakfast and lunch daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mimosas, beer, and wine are also available.
Does the hotel have pull-out couches?
We do not have pull-out couches in our rooms.
Does the hotel provide parking for cars, trucks, and trailers?
Yes, we provide free parking for vehicles and have designated parking areas for trailers.
Does the hotel allow pets, and is there a fee?
We welcome dogs under 35 pounds, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Larger breeds require approval from the manager. The pet fee is $20 per pet, per day, plus tax. Please let us know when making your reservation that your dog will be joining you so we can assign you a pet-friendly room.
Does the hotel have rollaway beds and cribs?
We have two rollaway beds and one Pack 'n Play available upon request. These items cannot be reserved in advance and are offered based on availability. The cost is $20 per day, plus tax.
Does the hotel have Wi-Fi and cable TV?
Yes, all rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV.
Does the hotel have a picnic or grilling area?
Yes, we have several picnic tables, four charcoal grills, and a fire pit. Please bring your own firewood.

Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes, the hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool overlooking the Steinhatchee River.
Does the hotel rent boats, kayaks, and canoes?
Yes, we rent pontoon boats, skiffs, deck boats, kayaks, and canoes.
Does the hotel work with charter captains?
Yes, several local, licensed, and insured charter captains offer scenic river tours, fishing charters, and scalloping charters.
What is required to rent a boat for the day?
A valid driver's license and credit card are required. If you were born in 1988 or later, you must also have a Florida Safe Boater's Certificate.

Where is the Dockside Grill located?
The Dockside Grill is located inside the Marina Store. Think of it as a fisherman's Cracker Barrel, with indoor and dockside seating, gifts, souvenirs, fishing tackle, beer, wine, and more.
What are the Dockside Grill's hours?
The Dockside Grill is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., serving breakfast and lunch throughout the day.
Can we get an adult beverage at the Dockside Grill?
Yes, we serve beer, wine, champagne, mimosas, and Bloody Marys.
Does the Dockside Grill have ice cream?
Yes, the Dockside Grill and Marina Store serve delicious soft-serve ice cream and root beer floats until 5:00 p.m.
Does the Dockside Grill accept to-go orders?
Yes, call 352-498-0709 to place a to-go order.
Can we get sandwiches for our day on the boat?
Yes, the Dockside Grill makes fresh sub sandwiches packaged in resealable bags, making them perfect for your cooler.
Boat Hoist and Lift
When is the boat hoist operating?
The boat hoist operates daily from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
How much does it cost to hoist my boat into or out of the water?
Hoisting starts at $20 each way for single-hull boats measuring 20 feet or less. Larger single-hull boats cost $1 per foot each way, while double-hull boats cost $2 per foot each way.
What size vessel can use the hoist?
The maximum vessel length is 32 feet. The hoist operator must also consider the vessel's weight and access for the hoist straps. If you are unsure, stop by so we can inspect your rig.
Do you hoist construction equipment and barges?
Yes, we hoist various types of equipment onto barges and can also lift barges into the water.
Where do I purchase boat-hoist service?
Visit the Marina Store and let the team know whether you need a one-way or round-trip hoist service.
RV Sites
What utilities are included with an RV site?
All RV sites include water, sewer, and electrical hookups.
Do you have pull-through RV sites?
No, our sites are one-way. Simply pull up beside the Steinhatchee River and enjoy the scenic view.
How long are the RV sites?
The RV sites along the river are 70 feet long. The two RV sites near the pool are 28 feet long.
